How We Work
Your Story, Perfectly Captured
During this call we’ll go over the details of your event, the type of coverage you need, and the key moments you’d like captured. After that, I’ll send you a detailed quote, and once it’s approved you’ll receive all the onboarding information.
Once everything is confirmed, we begin preparing for your event coverage. This includes reviewing the event schedule, identifying key moments to capture, planning arrival timing, scouting the location if needed, arranging a second shooter, and preparing the right lighting setup for the space. We’ll create a clear coverage plan and timeline so everything runs smoothly and we capture the most important moments of your event.
Event day! We’ll arrive early to get set up, review the schedule, and coordinate with your team. During the event we’ll capture the key moments, guest interactions, and overall atmosphere while working seamlessly in the background so everything unfolds naturally.
After the event, you will first receive a small selection of sneak peek images. Within the delivery timeframe, we will send a full gallery of the best photographs from the event. All images are professionally edited with color correction, exposure balancing, and cropping. Detailed retouching is not included but can be arranged if discussed in advance.

From coordinating the schedule and scouting the location to arranging additional photographers if needed, every detail is prepared in advance. On event day we capture key moments and atmosphere while working unobtrusively. After the event, your images are professionally edited and delivered in a polished gallery ready for press, social media, and marketing use.
