How We Work
Your Story, Perfectly Captured
This is where we'll talk about your photo uses, discuss the vibe you are looking for, to match your profession or company that’s the time to let me know if you need the help of our beauty and/or styling team. We'll decide which package is best for you. Then, we'll send you all of your onboarding information and connect you to our beauty team professionals if needed!
We will send you a wardrobe guide and a questionnaire to get a clear idea of your preferences. We'll finalize your wardrobe, and color of the studio background / location to match your style. Basic primp station is included in all our headshot packages, if you decide to go with our beauty team help, we’ll connect you with the relevant professionals on our roster.
You've done the work - now you get to show up. Relax, get pampered, and our team will take care of the rest. It's our job to get that perfect business headshot done! Live viewing of the images on a monitor will help us adjust and achieve the desired results. At the end of the shoot you will be able to go through the images and preselect your favorites.
After the shoot you will receive a proof gallery and make your final choice. The images you choose will be taken care of by our retouchers team. In general we do our best to keep the images looking candid. You are welcome to let us know your specific retouching preferences.

This headshot package includes a 30 min photo session in studio, outfit guide created by in-house stylist, choose from a white, black or gray background, 1 outfit, standing poses professional guidance. Live viewing of the images on a monitor as we shoot, 48 hour turnaround.
You will choose your favorite image for retouching right after the session. Makeup and hair styling can be arranged upon request.

The Business Headshot Package includes a 15-minute phone consultation and a 60-minute photo session in the studio or outdoors, with personalized lighting, a variety of studio backdrop options, up to two outfits, unlimited posing options with professional direction, outfit guide created by in-house stylist.
In-studio sessions include live image viewing on a monitor. After the shoot, you’ll receive a proof gallery and select two images for final professional retouching. Hair and makeup services are available upon request.
